Environments for LM agents: from agentic RL to context optimization

AI agents can write production code but can't reliably file an expense report. Why? It's not the models. GPT-5 and Claude 4 reason just fine. The gap is optimization infrastructure – specifically, the environments that generate the trajectory data agents need to learn real workflows.
